Where do I go to rent a storage unit?

Rental applications can be picked up at the Parrish Building across the street from the storage units. Office hours are 8:30am to 4pm M-F and 8:30am to 10am Saturday.

How much are storage units?

10’ x 5’ = $40 per month

10’ x 10’ = $60 per month

10’ x 15’ = $75 per month

10’ x 20’ = $100 per month

One month deposit required.

Do you have outside open parking storage?

Yes, in limited amounts. Car and trucks start at $30/month minimum. Boats, campers, & RV’s are $50/month. One month deposit required.

What are your methods of payment?

Checks can be mailed to our office. Checks and cash can be brought to our office. Mastercard and Visa are accepted on our website.

Do you offer renter’s insurance?

While your items are in storage, they are not covered by the storage location for loss or damage. Check with your insurance agent regarding coverage through your homeowners or renters policy.

What items cannot be stored?

No hazardous, flammable, illegal, or perishable goods may be stored.

What are the hours of access to the storage units?

The code for your account, if paid to date, will be able to open our gate between the hours of 5 a.m. and 10 p.m. seven days a week. The same code is required upon exit of the facility.

Do I have to rent for a certain length of time?

Our rental contracts are on a month to month basis. The minimum length of contract is one month.

Do you provide locks?

Each renter must provide their own lock for the securement of their unit.

How much notice do I need to provide to move out?

Please give our office a call at 618-539-3600 when you have moved all of your items out and left your unit broom clean so that we may re-rent it. We will inspect the unit and, if clean, will mail your security deposit back to you.
